ABATTOIRS (AMENDMENT) BY-LAWS 1969.

lo exercise of the powers conferred by section 77 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, the Urban Council has made the following by-laws-

1. These by-laws may be cited as the Abattoirs (Amend- ment) By-laws 1969 and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Director of Urban Services by notice in the Gazette.

2. The First Schedule to the principal by-laws is amended by adding after item 1, in the first, second and third columns respectively, the following-

"2. Cheung Sha Wan Abattoir. Lai Chi Kok Road, Kowloon.",

Made by the Urban Council this 8th day of July, 1969.

The purpose of these by-lawa h to apply the provisions of the
