Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 144 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance on the 30th day of July 1969.

Resolved, pursuant to section 144 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinancs, that the Abattoirs (Amend- ment) By-laws 1969, made by the Urban Council on the 8th day of July 1969 under section 77 of that Ordinance, be approved.
