ABATTOIRS (AMENDMENT) BY-LAWS 1969 (COMMENCEMENT) NOTICE 1969.
In exercise of the powers conferred by by-law of the Abattoirs (Amendment) By-laws 1969, the Director of Urban Services bereby appoints the 1st day of August 1969 as the day on which the said by-laws shall come into operation.
