(©) when in or on the vehicle-
(i) use or operate to the annoyance of any other person any noisy or musical instrument or any gramophone or radio set; or
(ii) make or combine with any other person to make any excessive noise by sing- ing, shouting or otherwise;
() when in or on the vehicle-
(i) throw on to any road or footway any article or thing which is likely to annoy persons or to cause danger or injury to any person or properly; or
(1) autach to or trail from the vehiclo any streamer, balloon, flag or other article or set or put any thing out of the vehicle in such manner as to overhang the road; or
(iii) lean out or put his hand out of the vehicle in such manner as to overhang the road:
(m) wilfully obstruct or impede the driver of
the vehicle:
(n) when in or on any part of the vehicle in or on which a notice is exhibited to the effect that smoking is prohibited, smoke or carry
a lighted pipe, cigar or cigarette;
(o) when in or on the vehicle-
(i) beg; or
(ii) sell or offer for sale any article:
(p) if his condition is such as to be offensive to passengers on the vehicle, or the condition of his dress or clothing is such that it may be reasonably expected to soil or injure any lining, cushion, seat or other part of the vehicle or the clothing of any passenger on the vehicle, enter or remain in or on the vehicle after the driver of the vehicle or an employee of the operator bas requested bim-
(i) not to enter the vehicle; or
(i) to leave the vehicle,
by reason of his condition or of the condi- tion of his dress or clothing:

(g) enter, remain or travel in or on a vehicle
while in possession of-
(i) any loaded firearm; or
(ii) any other dangerous or offensive article:
Provided
that sub-sub-paragraph (1) shall not apply to any police officer or to any member of the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force, of the Preventive Service or of the District Watch Force while on duty;
() bring any bulky or cumbersome article into or on to the vehicle without the permission or the driver of the vehicle or of an employee of the operator, or place such article in any place in which such driver or employee may have requested him not to place such article:

(2) drive or attempt to drive the vehicle, or interfere or attempt to interfere with any mechanism, device or control which forms part of the vehicle or which is connected with the vehicle.
(2) A passenger or intending passenger on a public omnibus or a public car shall not-
(a) enter or alight from the vehicle when re- quested not to do so by an employee of the operator in uniform and on duty, on the grounds that the place in question is not a bus stop.
(8) wilfully obstruct any employee of the opera-
tor in uniform and on duty;
(c) bring any animal into or on to the vehicle;
or
(d) enter or remain in or on the vehicle when requested not to do so by an employee of the operator in uniform and on duty on the grounds that—
(1) the petrol or oil tank of the vehicle
is to be filled;
(i) the vehicle is carrying its full com- plement of passengers:
