(Chapter 132)

PUBLIC CONVENIENCES (CHARGES) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 4) ORDER 1970.

In exercise of the powers conferred by by-law 4 of the Public Conveniences (Conduct and Behaviour) By-laws, the Urban Council

has made the following order-

1. This order may be cited as the Public Conveniences (Charges) (Amendment) (No. 4) Order 1970.

2.

The principal order is amended in paragraph 2 by adding.

after item (15), the following new item—–

"(16) Public latrine at Shek O Village.",

Made by the Urban Council this 1st day of September 1970.
