DISTRICT COURT CIVIL PROCEDURE (FEES) (AMENDMENT) RULES 1970.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the District Court (Civil Jurisdiction and Procedure) Ordinance, the District Court Rules Committee has made the following rules-

1. These rules may be cited as the District Court Civil Procedure (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 1970.

1. The Schedule to the principal rules is amended by deleting item 37 and substituling the following-

"37. Possession money, for each man in possession per

diem (to be paid in cash)—

where the claim does not exceed $5.000 where the claim exceeds $5,000
