(Chapter 167).

DOGS AND CATS (FEES) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1970.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Dogs and Cats Ordinance, the Governor has made the following order-

1. This order may be cited as the Dogs and Cats (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1970 and shall come into operation on the 1st day of July 1970.

2. Paragraph 2 of the principal order is amended in sub- paragraph (1)

(a) by deleting "paragraphs" and substituting the following-

"sub-paragraphs"; and

(b) by deleting "day" and substituting the following-

"period of twenty-four hours".

The principal order is amended by deleting the Schedule and substituting the following-
