(Chapter 281).

AMENDMENT OF NOTIFICATION OF PORTS OF THE COLONY.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6t of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, the Governor has amended the Sebedule to the Notification of Ports of the Colony by deleting “casternmost point of Tsing Yi Rock, thence a straight line drawn true north from the easternmost point of Tsing Yi Rock to Tsing Yi" and substituting the following-

"south-easternmost point of Tsing Yi",

Explanatory Note.

(This Note is nor part of the amendment, but is intended to indicate its general purport).

The purpose of this amendment is to amend the boundaries of the

Port of Victoria to the Schedule to the Notification of Ports of the Colony

by deleting the references to Tsing Yi Rock, which, chup to reclamation, is dow part of Tsing Yi,
