MOTOR VEHICLES INSURANCE (THIRD PARTY RISKS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1968.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Motor Vehicles Insurance (Third Party Risks) Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles Insurance (Third Party Risks) (Amendment) Regulations 1968 and shall come into operation on the 1st day of August 1968;

2. Regulation 6 of the principal regulations is amended in paragraph (b) by deleting "two hundred thousand" and substitut- ing the following......

"four hundred thousand".

3. Regulation 9 of the principal regulations is amended in paragraph (2) by deleting "two hundred thousand" and substitut- ing the following-

"four hundred thousand".

4. The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended in Form 5 by deleting "two hundred thousand" and substituting the following-

"four hundred thousand.
