EMERGENCY (PRINCIPAL) REGULATIONS. (Chapter 241),

EMERGENCY (COMMITTEE OF REVIEW) (AMENDMENT) RULES 1967,

In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 31 of the Emergency (Principal) Regulations, the Governor has made the following rules---

1. These rules may be cited as the Emergency (Committee Citation.

of Review) (Amendment) Rules (967.

2.M Rule 3 of the principal rules is amended-

(0) by being re-numbered as paragraph (1) thereof; and (b) by inserting the following new paragraphs

"(2) There shall accompany such notice, or be delivered separately but not later than such date as may be appointed under rule 5 for the hearing of an objection, such information relating to the detention of the person as the Colonial Secretary may authorize.

(3) No information shall be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (2) if this disclosure would, in the opinion of the Colonial Secretary, be contrary to the public interest.”.
