HONG KONG AIRPORT (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1967.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Hong Kong Airport (Regulations) Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations--

COMFRDCEment.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Hong Kong Citation and Airport (Amendment) Regulations 1967, and shall come into operation on the day appointed for the commencement of the Hong Kong Airport (Regulations) (Amendment) Ordinance 1967.

2. Regulation 2 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting the following definition before the definition of "authorized person”.

""article" does not include a vehicle:".

3. Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "vehicle," wherever it occurs.

4. Regulation 4 of the principal regulations is amended-n

(a) by deleting sub-paragraphs (k) (5) and (m) of para-

graph (1); and

(b) by deleting sub-paragraphs (g) and (k) of paragraph (3).

The purpose of these regulations is to delete all provisions concerning vehicles from the Hong Kong Airport Regulations, as these are now to be covered in the Hong Kong Airport (Traffic) Regulations 1967.
