BOILERS AND PRESSURE RECEIVERS ORDINANCE. (Chapter 56).
BOILERS AND PRESSURE RECEIVERS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1967,
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65 of the Boilers and Pressure Receivers Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Boilers and Pressure Receivers (Amendment) Regulations 1967.
1. Regulation 18 of the principal regulation is revoked and replaced by the following-
"Fees.
18. (1) Save as provided in paragraph (2), a fee of ten dollars shall be payable in respect of a certifi- cate of competency,
(2) A fee of twenty-five dollars shall be paid prior to each occasion on which a person is examined for the purposes of the issue or endorsement of a certificate of competency; and, where the Principal Surveyor decides in consequence of such examination to issue or endorse a certificate of competency, no fee shall be payable in respect of the certificate of com- petency or the endorsement of the certificate of com- petency, as the case may be

The new regulation 18 presörves the present fee for certificates of competency and prescribes a now fee to be paid in respect of examina- tions for such certificates.
