In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 43 of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance, the Governor hereby specifies the public offices mentioned in the first columa of the Schedule hereto for the purposes of the regulations, by-law, or rules, as the case may be, mentioned opposite cach such public office in the second column of the Schedule hereto.
