Resolved, pursuant to section 144 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance 1960, that the Pleasure Grounds (Amend- ment) By-laws 1965, made by the Urban Council-gh the 3rd day of August, 1965, under section 109 of that Ordinages, be approved.
