PLEASURE GROUNDS (AMENDMENT) BY-LAWS 1965.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 109 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance 1960, the Urban Council has made the following by-laws-
1.
These by-laws may be cited as the Pleasure Grounds (Amend- Citation. ment) By-laws 1965.
2. The Schedule to the Pleasure Grounds By-laws 1960 is Amendment amended in Part II by the deletion, in item 4, of "1.50" and the sub- of Schedule.

"Between the hours of 10 km, and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclu- sive, with the exception of general holidays within the meaning of the Holidays Ordinance.

(This Note is not part of the by-laws, but is intended to indicare their general purport).
The effect of these by-laws is to increase the fees payable for the use of rquash courts from 1.50 dollars to 2.50 dollars and to provide a cheap rate of 1.50 dollars on weekdays between the hours of 10 mm. and 5 p.m. and on Saturdaya between the hours of 10 am. and 1 p.m.
