POLICE REGULATIONS (DISCIPLINE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1965.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Police Force Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Police Regulations Citation. (Discipline) (Amendment) Regulations 1965.

1. Regulation 17 of the Police Regulations (Discipline) is revoked. Revocation

and replace- and replaced by the following-

ment of

"Officer aubarized

to bear a charge.

17. The police officers who may hear or determina regulation 17. charges against a defaulter under subsection (1) of section (Vol. XI, 28 of the Police Force Ordinance shall be gazetted police officers or any police officer lawfully acting in such an appointment.".
