PROCLAMATION.

No. 7 of 1965.

BY HIS EXCELLENCY SIR DAVID CLIVE CROSBIE TRENCH, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, upon whom has been conferred the Decoration of the Military Cross. Governor of Hong Kong.

WHEREAS by section 1 of the Radiation (Amendment) Ordinance 1961 (No. 6 of 1961), it is provided that the said Ordinance shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by Proclama- tion in the Gazette:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DAVID CLIVE CROSBIE TRENCH, do bereby PROCLAIM that the said Ordinance shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1965.

GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony of Hong Kong this eighteenth day of August, 1965.
