Resolved, pursuant to subsections (1) and (3) of section 281 of the Companies Ordinance, that the Companies (Winding-up) (Amendment) Rules, 1964, made by the Acting Chief Justice on the 18th day of March, 1964, regpive" concurrence and sanction.
