COMPANIES (FEES AND PERCENTAGES) (AMENDMENT)

ORDER, 1964,

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (3) of section 281

of the Companies Ordinance, the Acting Chief Justice has made the following Order—

1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Fees and Citation Percentages) (Amendment) Order, 1964, and shall come into operation on the Ist day of April, 1964.

2. The Second Schedule to the Companies (Fees and Percentages) Amendment Order (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order) is amended by the of Second
