Rule 166 of the principal rules is amended by the deletion of the words "an affidavit" and the substitution therefor of the following-

Rule 172 of the principal rules is amended by the deletion of the figures "35" and the substitution therefor of the following-

10. Rule 179 of the principal rules is amended-
(a)
in paragraph (I), by the deletion of the word "petitions" in the category of priority marked "Firar" and the substitution there- for of the following-
**petition"; and
(b) in paragraph (2), by the deletion of the symbol and figures
"$50” and the substitution therefor of the following-
"two hundred dollars".
11. Rule 188 of the principal rules is amended by the deletion of the words "make an order for payment to the liquidator of" and the substitution therefor of the following-
"pay to the liquidator",
12. The principal rules are amended by the insertion, immediately before rule 190, of the following new heading-
"Disposal of Books and Papers.".
13. The Appendix to the principal rules is amended-
(a) in Form 1, by the deletion of the words "judge (or Registrar)"
in the Note and the substitution therefor of the following-
"court":
(b) in Form 71-
(i) by the deletion of the word "signed" in the third sen- tence of the second paragraph of the Notice of Dividend and the substitution therefor of the following--
"sign"; and
(i) by the deletion of the Authority for Delivery, and the substitution therefor of the following-
