RATING ORDINANCE.

(Chapter 116),

TENEMENTS (MINIMUM Rateable Value) Order, 1961.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Rating Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following Order---

1. This Order may be cited as the Tenements (Minimum Rateable Citation. Value) Order, 1961, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1962.

Tenements assessed at a rateable value not exceeding two Minimum hundred dollars per annum shall not be rateable,

rateablz value of DOKICLETA.

3. Gazette Notification 311 dated the 25th May, 1902, is cancelled. Cancellation

of previous Onder.

(This Note is not part of the Order, but is intended to Indicate its general purport).

This Order amends the minimum rateable value of tenements from twenty dollars to two hundred dollars in keeping with the current value of money.
