POISONS LIST (AMENDMENT) (No. 3) REGULATIONS, 1961.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, the Pharmacy Board with the approval of the Governor in Council has made the following regulations—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Poisons List (Amend- ciqalica.
ment) (No. 3) Regulations. 1961.
7. Part I of the Poisons List is amended by the addition at the Amendment end thereof of the following
"Dimetilan

Part II of the Poisons List is amended by the addition at the Amendment end thereof of the following-
of Part [1.
"Preparations. solutions, or admixtures, containing not more than 0.5% of dimethyl-dichlorovinyl-phosphate, commonly known as D.D.V.P.
Preparations in the form of fly blotters containing not more
than 2.5 per cent of dimetilan.
Preparations in the form of dusting powders containing not
more than one per cent of phenkaptone".
