TRADE UNIOn Registration RegulatIONS, 1961.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Trade Union Registration Ordinance, 1961, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

(a) the name and the date of registration of the trade union or

(b) the address of the head office;
(e) the amalgamation of the trade union or trade union federation, as the case may be, with any other trade union or trade union federation:
(d) the dissolution of the trade union or trade union federation;
(e) the cancellation of the registration of the trade union or trade
union federation; and
() any change in—
(i) the name;
(ii) the rules; or
(ii) the address of the registered office, of the trade union or trade union federation.
(2) Every entry in the register and any amendment thereto shall
be signed or initialled by the Registrar or the Deputy Registrar of Trade Unions.
3.
