Prohibition.

3. The Council shall issue to every licensee a lapel card bearing his name, licence number and class of goods to be sold, and the licensee shall at all times when conducting his trade wear the said lapel card on his clothing externally in a conspicuous place so as to be clearly visible.

4. No tray, basket or other receptacle of any kind used by a licensee for his trade shall exceed three feet in length and three feet in width ; no licensee shall trade with more than two such receptacles; and (for refuse only) a licensee may trade also with one smaller receptacle of not more than two cubic feet capacity.

5. No licensee shall sell, offer to sell or expuse for sale, his wares at the entrances or exits of any bathing beach under the control of the Urban Council and listed under the heading "Bathing Places" in the (Cap. 173). Schedule to the Pleasure Grounds and Bathing Places

6. Every licensee sball whilst plying his trade wear clean clothing of washable material.

7. Every licensee shall trade only between the hours of 6 a.m. and to p.m.*'.

10. Appendix 1 of the principal by-laws is amended by-

(a) the deletion of the words and figures "the oth

September, 19 " wherever they occur in the Forms;

(b) the deletion of the words "fresh meat and fish, dutiable goods (e.g. tobacco, wines, proprietory toilet prepara- tions), ice-cream, Yu Sang Chuk, Leung Fan, Man Tau Lo, Tai Tsoi Ko and bivalve mollusc, newspapers and magazines." in Form 3:

(c) the deletion of the word and figure "Form 3" and the

substitution therefor of the following-

"Form 3A.";

(d) the addition after the form of Pedlar hawker's licence of

the following new form-
