RADIOCOMMUNICATION (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1955.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Telecommunication Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-
1.
These regulations may be cited as the Radiocommunica- Citation tion (Amendment) Regulations, 1955.
2. Regulation of the Radiocommunication Regulations Amendment (hereinafter referred to as the principal regulations) is amended f
regulation by the insertion therein, after the definition of the words "land 1. station", of the following definitions-
** "licence" means a licence granted under these regulations;
"licensee" means any person to whom a licence has been granted
under these regulations;".

3. Regulation of the principal regulations is rescinded and Rescission replaced by the following-

(b) amateur station licences ;
(c) broadcast receiving licences;
(d) dealers licences;

licences;
(limited radio (teletype) receiving licences;
(g) wireless telegraphy school licences;
