"10. (1) Every licence or certificate issued under these regulations, and every application to attend examination for such certificate, and every declaration of secrecy required for such certificate shall be in the appropriate form set out hereunder.

(2) Every sale permit issued under these regulations shall be in such form and upon such conditions as the licensing authority may think fit.".

9. Regulation 11 of the principal regulations is amended--

(a) by the substitution of a full stop for the semi-colon at the

end of paragraph (b); and

(b) by the deletion of paragraph (c).
