PENSIONS ORDINANCE (Chapter 89)

It is hereby notified that the following has been declared by the Secretary of State for the Colonies to be "Public Service" for the purpose of section 2(1) of the Pensions Ordinance :-

Service which is pensionable under a railway pension scheme, as defined in the British Transport Commission (Amendment of Pension Schemes) Regulations, 1954.
