PLACES OF PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT ORDINANCE. (Chapter 172).
Filu Censorship (AMENDMEnt) RegulatioSS, 1955.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Places
of Public Entertainment Ordinance, the Governor in Council has
made the following regulations—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Film Censorship Citation. (Amendment) Regulations, 1955.
2. The Schedule of Fees to the Film Censorship Regula- Rescission tions, 1953, is rescinded and replaced by the following—

(1) Matter
1. On 16 millimetre film being shown for consorship or on review by board of review.
2. On 10 millimetre film being shown for censorship or on review by board of review,
$2.00 per 100 feet or part thereof.
$4.00 per 100 feet or part thereof."

Explanatory Note.
(This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general purport).
These regulations introduce a revised schedule of feae payable for censorship. The new schedule differentiates between 35 mm. and 16 mm. film and bases the fee on the total length of film instead of on the length of flm on each reel. The fees payable on review by a board of review are revised to coincide with those payable for censorship.
