An Ordinance to amend the Stamp Ordinance, Chapter 117.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

[15th April, 1954.]

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Stamp (Amendment) Short title. Ordinance, 1954.

1. Section 41 of the Stamp Ordinance is amended by the Amend- deletion of the semi-colon at the end of paragraph (a), and the ment of addition thereto of the following-

", or by the Administrator of Japanese Property;", Passed the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, this 14th day of April, 1954-
