Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as followS→→

1. This Ordinance may be cited as The Emmanuel Church Short title. Incorporation Ordinance, 1954-

4. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires **minister" means the minister of The Emmanuel Church for the

time being appointed in accordance with the constitution; "church" means The Emmanuel Church;

"constitution" means the constitution of the church for the time

being of the church;
