(xiii) the addition at the foot of regulation 1

of the following-

(xiv) the addition immediately below the last paragraph of regulation 19 of the follow- ing-

FORFEITURE.

23. It shall be lawful for the court or a magistrate to order to be forfeited to the Crown any article with respect to which

offence under these regulations any has been committed, whether any person shall have been convicted of such offence or not, and upon the making of any such order of forfeiture, the said articles shall be deemed to be the property of the Crown free from all rights of any person."

Patients may write letters to friends, relatives and others, and may receive letters from them. All letters written by or addressed to patients shall be censored by the Medical Officer-in- Charge, and if free from objectionable matter they shall be delivered to the addressees.

5. The forms in the Schedule shall be the prescribed forms for the purposes of the Ordinance.
