"16. Any person who acts in contraven tion of regulations 2(1), (2) and (3), 4 6, u 14 and 15 shall (in addition to any liability or penalty which he may otherwise incur) b liable to a fine of one thousand dollars or sa months imprisonment."

The regulations made under the Dangerm Drugs Ordinance, 1935, and published in the Caselle of the 13th of December, 1935, as Gover! ment Notification No. oft are amended by-
