An Ordinance to amend the Registration of United Kingdom

Parents Ordinance, 1932.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof;

This Ordinance may be cited as the Registration of Short title. United Kingdom Patents (Amendment) Ordinance, 1950, and shall be read as one with the Registration of United Kingdom Patents Ordinance, 1932, hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance Ordinance.

2. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) by being renumbered as subsection (1) of section 3; principal
