sion and Amendment Incorporation) Ordinance, 1946.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Emergency Powers Short title. (Extension and Amendment Incorporation) Amendment Ordin- ance, 1950, and shall be read as one with the Emergency Powers (Extension and Amendment Incorporation) Ordinance, Ordinance 1946, as amended by the Emergency Powers (Extension and No. 28 of Amendment Incorporation) Amendment Ordinance, 1948, herein- after referred to as the principal Ordinance.
