Whereas by a proclamation dated the 22nd January 1920 certain places were appointed as places where a magistrate may sit to hear and try complaints and informa-

tione:

And whereas the District Land Office at Ping Shan was not included in the said Proclamation and it is expedient that the same should be appointed as a place where a magistrate may sit to hear and try complainte and informations:

Now therefore I Sir Deco. Clement Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same do hereby appoint the District Land Office at Ping Shan to be a place where a magistrate may sit to bear and try complaints and informations in addition to the places mentioned in the said Proclamation.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony at Victoria, Hongkong, this 25th day of March, 1926.
