PROCLAMATION.

MAINTENANCE ORDERS (FACILITIES FOR ENFORCEMENT) ORDINANCE, 1921.

By His Excellency Sir Cron CLEMENTI, Knight Commander of the Most Distin- guished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same :

Whereas it is provided by section 12 of the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Ordinance 1981 that where the Governor is satisfied that reciprocal pro- visions has been made by the legislature of any British possession for the enforcenient within such possession of maintenance orders made by Courts in Hongkong the Governor may by Proclamation extend the Maintenance Order (Facilities for Enforcement) Ordi- nance 3921 to maintenance orders made by courts within such possession and that there- apon the said Ordinance shall apply to such maintenance orders as if they had been made in England or Ireland;

And whereas I am satisfied that such reciprocal provisions have been made by the legislature of South Australia:

Now therefore I Sir Cecil CLEMENTI, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same, do hereby by this Proclamation extend the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Ordi- mance 1921 to maintenance orders minde by courts in South Australia.
