of Hongkong and ite Dependencies, being of opinion that the necessity of His Majesty's forces in the Colony being subject to the said Act contiunes do hereby declare that by reason of the imuninence of active service it is necessary for the public service that His Majesty's forces in this Colony be subject to the said Act for the further period of three months from and after the 3rd day of May 1919.
