MAINTENANCE ORDERS (FACILITIES FOR ENFORCEMENT) ORDINANCE, 1921.
By His Excellency Sir GsotwALD Edward Streas Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in- Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same :
Whereas it is provided by section 12 of the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Ordicance 1921 that where the Governor is satisfied that reciprocal provisions has been made by the legislature of any British possession for the enforce- tout within such possessiou of maintenance orders made by Courts in Hongkong tho Governor may by Proclamation extend the Maintenance Order (Facilities for Enforce. ment) Orliusuce 1921 to maintenmuge orders made by courts within such possession aml that thereupon the said Ordinance shall apply to such maintenance orders as if they haul been made in England or Ireland:
And whereas I am satisfied that such reciprocal provisions have been made by the legislature of Queensland:
Now therefore 1 Sir Roarkalu Rowand Stunns Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in- Chief of the Colony of flongkong and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same do hereby by this Proclamation extend the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Ordinance 1921 to maintenance orders made by courts in Queensland.
