Governor,

MAINTENANCE ORDERS (FACILITIES FOR ENFORCEMENT) ORDINANCE, 1921.

By His Excellency Sir REGINALD EDWARD STUBOs Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same:

Whereas it is provided by section 12 of the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Ordinance 1921 that where the Governor is ratisfied that reciprocal provisions have been made by the legislature of any British possession for the onlore. iment within such possession of maintenance orders made by Courts in Hongkong the Governor may by Proclamation extend the Maintenance Order (Facilities for Eulores- ment) Ordinance 1921 to maintenance orders made by courts within such possession and that thereupon the said Ordinance shall apply to such maintenance orders as if they had been made in England or Ireland:

And whereas I am satisfied that such reciprocal provisions have been made by the legislature of Western Australia:

Now therefore I Sir REGINALD EDWARD Stones Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in- Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies, und Vice-Admiral of the same do hereby by this Proclamation extend the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Ordinance 1921 to maintenance orders made by courts in Western Australia.

Given under my band and the Public Seal of the Colony of Hongkong this 21st day of November, 1924.
