Forwards a copy of a letter to the Governor of Trinidad sending him a copy of a minute of the action of the Executive Committee of the Commis- sion with regard to the budget for the proposed campaign in Trinidad; and asks whether the funds should be paid in advance to Trinidad or whether the Colony will assume the expense in the Grat instance and recover quarterly from the Commission. States that Mr. Wickliffe Rose, Director of the International Health Commis- sion, accompanied by Dr. F. M. Sand- with, will feave England shortly for Egypt, whence he will proceed to Ceylon.
