Transmits copies of Part V. of the Reports of the Committee of Investi- gation into Mediterranean Fever, and requests consideration of the sugges- tion that the admission of goats into Gibraltar from Spain should be regu- lated in the interests of public health.
States that the question has been under the consideration of the Sanitary Commissioners, and that it is hoped that additional by-laws will shortly be passed for the control and regu- lation of the milk supply.

Concurs in the proposal to express to the Royal Society the appreciation of the departments concerned of the skill with which the work of the Commis- sion has been carried out, and states that the appreciation of the services of the military members has been received with much gratification.

Considers the question of the elimina. tion of infected goats from Malta of the greatest importance to the welfare of His Majesty's naval and military forces in Malta, and requests that the Government of Malta may be urged to carry out the recommendations of the Commission of investigation in a thorough and systematic manner.
November 14 Appreciates action already taken by the local authorities, but considers that all animals infected should be re- moved from the island and that no effort or reasonable expense should be spared.
