Suggests, in reply to No. 96, that the Chairman of the Shire Highlands Railway Company should be com- municated with in respect of free passes for the expedition, and states the Officer Administering the Gov- ernment has already been asked to grant special shooting licences; adds that the authorities at Blantyre Hospital will doubtless give facilities for experimental work.

Transmits copies of correspondence on the subject of the despatch of the expedition and refers to No. 73 with regard to the grant of shooting licences.
