Officer has rendered public services in a Colony by the desire of Her Majesty's Government, and has received for such services a salary or remune- ration not less in amount than the salary of a Governor of such Colony, the said Officer shall be deemed, for the purposes of this Act, to have been administering the Government thereof."
II. This Act may be cited for all purposes as Short title of Act. "The Colonial Governors (Pensions) Act, 1875."
III. This Act shall be read as one with "The Construction of
Act. Colonial Governors (Pensions) Acts, 1865 and 1872."
