Repeal and re-enact- ment of Section 12

of "The Colonial Governors (Pen- sions) Act, 1865."

WHEREAS doubts have arisen with respect to the pension to be assigned to a Colonial Governor, in certain circumstances not expressly provided for under "The Colonial Governors (Pensions) Acts, 1865 and 1872": Be it enacted, by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal and Commons, in this present Parlia- liament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

I. Section 12 of the "Governors (Pensions) Act, 1865," is hereby repealed.
