9. (1) THE Licensee shall if and whenever required by notice in
writing from the Postmaster General remove any comecting wire erected
or maintained by the Licensee which shall impede the construction of
Government plant or which shall interfere or shall in the opinion of the
Postmaster General be likely to interfere with the working of any
circuit or of any wireless telegraph station whether or not much circuit
or wireless telegraph station shall have been working when the wire
was first erected,

(2) The Licensee shall not

maintained by the Licensee, or provided for the Licenses by the Post-
master General, any instruments apparatus or material or apply thereto
any currents which shall injure or shall in the opinion of the Post-
master General be likely to injure any circuits wires or apparatus of
Government or Licensees of the Goverment and if and whenever
notice in writing shall be given to the Licensee by any officer of the
Coverment complaining of the use of any such instruments apparatus or
material or the application of any such currents the Licensee shall
Immediately discontinue the use thereof.
(3) None of the connecting wires erected or maintained by
the Licensee shall be earthed.

(4) Any wire which is erected above and/or in such a posi ti on
that it is liable to fall upon or
be blown on an existing power
wire (including electric lighting wires) shall be guarded to the
reasonable satisfaction of the owner of the power wire concerned.
(5) Any overboad wires which are led into Subscribe:
presises shall be fitted with efficient device for the protection of
the premises from damage by lightning.
10. (1) IF whenever and so long as in the opinion of the
Governor in Council
ergency shall exist in which it is expedient
in the public interests that the Government shall have control over
receipt and distribution of matter by means of the Radiodistribution
Station it shall be lawful for the Postmaster General to direct
