LIGENCE
BROADCAST RELAY SERVICE (HONG KONG) LTD.
Exclusive Right to establish
Radiodistribution Service
for 25 years.
Grant of Licence.
1.
PERMISSION is hereby granted, by POSIMASI
GENERAL of the Colony of Hong Kong to BROADCAST RELAY SERVIOR (HONG
KONG) LIFITFO (in this Licence referred to as the "Licensee") whose
registered office is at Room 404. Hong Kong and shanghai. Benk Building,
Victoria, in the said Colony.
(1) To establish maintain and work

as the Fostmaster General may from time to time samotion an
substations and amplifying stations as may prove necessary
for the operation of this Licence (which stations are hereinafter
collectively called the "Radiodistribution Station"),
(2) To connect the said Radiodistribution Station witsku
premises of other persons in the said Colony (hereinafter called the
"Ɛubscribers") by wires to the intent that subscribers may receive in
their respective premises broadcast messages and programos specially
intended to be received by the public in gpneral and transmitted from
broadcasting stations included in the official list of brandons king
atations issued by the International Buresu at Berne (hereinafter
called
roadcast programmes") and such other matters
Licensee
may be permitted to originate and distribute in accordance with this
Licence.
