THE Licensee shall pay to the Government the sum of One
Hundred Dollars on the first day of
....... in each
year during the continuance of this Licence AND in addition thereto
the Licensee shall also pay to the Government on the last day of
March, June, September and December in each year during the con-
tinuance of this Licence, in respect of each subscriber (who is not
then the holder of a Broadcast Receiving Licence but) who has had
his premises comected with the Licensee's Radiodistribution Station,
a fee of $3 Hong Kong Currency for each quarter or part of a quarter
during which such Subscriber is so connected, or such other statutory
fee as may be from time to time in foros,
3. (1) THF Radiodistribution Station to which this Licence
relates shall be established by the Licensee within twelve months
from the date of this Licence and the Licenses shall use his best
endeavours to equip the Radiodistribution Station with apparatus for
service to at least Ten thousand Subscribers.
(2) From time to time the Licensee shall increase
capacity of the system so as to supply an efficient service to
3ubscribers in excess of Ten thousand who may apply to receive the
Licensee's service.

(3) The Radiodistribution Station shall not be used in
Patner as cause any unreasonable or unnecessary interfer
with other wireless services and in particular reaction shall not be
used to such an extent as to energise any neighbouring aerial.
All apparatus used for the installation shall so far
as possible consistent with the efficiency of the service be of
British or British Empire manufacture.
4. (1) THE Iácensee shall not intentionally use the Radiodis-
tribution Station or allow the Radiodistribution Station to be used
for the reception of matter other than broadcast programmes. If any
other matter is unintentionally received by means of Radiodi s tri-
bution Station the Licensee shall not make known or allow to be made
known its contents its origin or destination its existence
