Dear John,
I wrote to Hong Kong as soon as I received your letter of 18th March about Willy Mak. The answer is that there is no vacancy at this moment. But there may well be before long and he would be just the sort of man they would want. It all depends upon whether certain proposals for development are implemented or not. This cannot yet be forecast by anyone there or here.
