and supervise news and news talks broadcasts,

but would not expect it to be necessary to

create a section comprising a more numerous

staff for the purpose.

reconsider the project in the light of these

comments and let me have as soon as possible

your further observations. It would be

helpful if these could be accompanied with

estimates adjusted in accordance with this

more modest conception of the project and

containing rather more detail than those which

you were able to submit in your Savingram under

reference.
