THE Hongkong Administration has warned the New China News Agency in Hongkong for its reporting of the escape of the Amethyst.
The Agency reported that the Amethyst had shelled a Chinese steamer and caused hundreds of casualties.
Another report gave the speech of People's Army General Yuan demanding punishment for the acts of the frigate.
